Dermaplaning is also aminimally invasive, non chemical cosmetic procedure designed to effectively remove the uppermost layer of dead skin cells and fine vellus (peach fuzz) Very like our microdermabrasion treatment but without the suction.
Short, feathery light strokes with a sterile blade actively remove the dead skin and peach fuzz.

Microdermabrasion, is a minimally invasive, is a procedure we offer using a special sterile instrument that can help renew overall skin tone and texture.
It can also improve the skin's appearance that may have been affected by exposure to sun and may also help to minimise the appearance of wrinkles by rejuvenating the epidermis.

A lovely, rejuvenating experience performed on our sumptuous Massage Couch.
Cryotherapy is now a very popular treatment and by using our Ice Globe tools in a facial they can stimulate blood flow, and produce visible results which can help with puffy eyes, and also can be used in conjunction with our very popular manual Lymphatic Drainage massage. They also soothe inflammation often helping with conditions such as Rosacea and other skin inflammation

Our 'Velvet Escape' is a hydrating, double cleanse facial routine, where particular attention is paid to dry/sensitive areas of the face neck and shoulders. Using our Kaeso products, fan brushes delight the skin, which is personalised to your own skin type. The Face, Neck and Décolleté area are then treated to a spritz of cooling toner. Under Eye 'Collagen discs go to work then hot facecloths are applied to gently steam away any impurities,
finished with a delightful, moisturising massage. Perfect for mature skin, but suitable for all.

Our 'Eve Taylor' super relaxing facial massage begins with a soothing double deep- cleanse routine, using our finest 'Eve Taylor Products' personalised to your skin type. The Face, Neck and Décolleté area are then treated to a spritz of cooling toner whilst our gorgeous exfoliator mask, left for a few minutes, goes to work. Heated Face~cloths are used to gently steam away any impurities then we finish with a moisturising massage with her finest moisturising cream infused with a drop or two of essential oil of your choice.

Basalt Stones are a wonderful and spiritual medium for warming and soothing the body.

Our Full Body Massage is an hour long treatment that starts on the back using our individually blended and warmed essential oils using Swedish Massage Effleurage & Petrissage movements, tapotement and kneading techniques, moving slowly to the arms, neck, head and shoulders working on troublesome zones to work out stress and stiffness,
lactic acid 'knots' that tend to collect here. The feet and legs are worked on using a certain amount of lymphatic drainage and the feet get treated to a mini Reflexology massage.
A finishing mini treat of dry body brushing will complete this service, which can also be made bespoke by adding extra treatments such as Hot Stones or Reflexology as an upgrade.
This popular massage can be performed with a light/ medium or hard pressure, dependant on our particular preference.

Our Hand or Foot Packages are designed to pamper the hands or feet whilst also performing a lovely, relaxing Manicure or Pedicure. Treatment starts with a relaxing Hand or Foot Soak to soften dry skin and create warmth and soothe the skin including adding a delicious Hand or Foot Scrub & Mask to slough off dead cells, promoting skin cell renewal. This treatment is ideal for anyone; whether you are sat at a computer or on your feet all day, this package is wonderful for had or foot health and maintenance.

Holistic Treatments
Holistic Treatments are patient centred treatments that treat the whole person, much like our
Somatic Reset Therapy, in that they focus on the whole person being treated; mind, body and spirit~ rather than just focusing on a pain/discomfort or an illness
~The Gentle Release~
(Ear Coning)
Ear Coning/Candling treatment can help with blocked sinuses, tinnitus, and throat issues
and can also have calming and stress relieving benefits and ease headaches. The cone (usually made of soaked beeswax, honey and herbs) is gently placed into the ear canal and when lit causes a gentle suctioning effect which draws warm air into the ear, softening the wax and impurities. It can also regulate pressure in the ear, leading, hopefully to reduced pain from congestion.
The Head & The Harmony
(Indian Head Massage)
Indian Head Masssage is a traditional and Ayurvedic treatment focusing on the head, scalp, neck and shoulders, involving techniques such as shampooing, circular motions, hair stroking/picking to encourage hair growth, and tapotement to ease headaches, stress, 'computer shoulders'. I use acupressure to target problem areas and ease away tension.

'Reflexology, Popularised in the 20th Century, but dating back thousands of years, is the manipulation of specific areas or zones in the Longitudinal & Transverse areas of the foot, bringing relief and healing to parts of the body affected.
It can also be a relaxing and deeply nourishing experience'.
The 'Sole' Release
(Reflexology)
Your first Reflexology Session, ( I recommend a package) begins with a 'welcome touch' foot cleanse using heated mitts infused with a drop or two of soothing essential oil. This allows the client to become used to the Therapist's touch. We then offer up a 'Welcome Massage' to the feet and then reflexology starts by Zone Walking, using longitudinal and transverse thumb pressures to ascertain if any crystallised areas are present, or any areas of tightness, which are then noted on a foot map to determine problem areas, working out these zones with a range of techniques. The Therapist will finish with a 'warm down' massage then discuss the findings with the client and arrange
further appointments where necessary.
~The Lymphatic Flow~
(Manual Lymphatic Drainage)
Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage is an extremely sought after full body massage treatment that uses specific, light touch techniques to facilitate the removal of excess toxins, fluids and waste from the skin's tissues. It is an effective treatment for anyone , especially, before a holiday or at a wedding but it is especially useful for people living with the debilitating effects of Lymphoedema, (Early intervention is key with Lymphoedema), or for anyone wanting to improve the appearance of their skin by working from the 'inside out'.
Unlike most other massage techniques, Lymphatic Drainage is a much more sensitive touch as our Lymph lives just under the skin, a light touch is all that's needed.
These wonderful, soothing techniques such as pumping, can be used before or after surgery, minimising the limiting effects of Edema, leaving your body feeling soothed and causing inflamed areas of the body to feel less swollen
Following our initial treatment I can provide you with ways in which you can carry on your lymphatic self~ care by offering ways in which you can carry on using these techniques in between treatments with me.

This wonderfully relaxing and holistic experience uses gemstones & crystals to bring balance by aligning the client's Chakras by using a pendulum above the clients body with a cleansing crystal. This practice when finely tuned can bring about ways to promote emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing.
Practitioners believe that crystals have different frequences, that can recalibrate stagnant energy and help the body to heal.
It is a useful aid in stress reduction by setting intentions helping the client focus on particular goals.

Our sessions begin with the client lying on the massage couch where the therapist will conduct a full consultation and discuss ways in which somatic therapy can help.
this therapy can be particularly helpful for people suffering from anxiety, stress, depression, and attachment issues.
