The Retreat is an Holistic Massage Studio, especially for clients in the Derbyshire, Staffordshire and Leicestershire area and will be ​coming soon from my new Garden Studio, once completed, but currently from within my home.

Based in my home town, Swadlincote, a place I love, where I grew up and where ​​I am still very proud to live and work, in the very heart of The National Forest.​
From here, I offer Holistic Therapies such as Reflexology, Massage and Facial Treatments
as well as wellness Therapy.​

​Appointments are on a one - one, non hurried basis, and, as I believe everyone's appointment needs are different, my timings can vary per client​; because of this, appointments are booked out with a gap of at
least 30 minutes between each client which will ensure that clients do not feel rushed or stressed before or after their treatment(s). 
 Your first appointment will include a full consultation; checking on contraindications, medical issues, and any questions you might like to ask, regarding the treatment,
then ascertaining what you would like to achieve in each of our sessions.

​I use 'Eve Taylor' products in most of my treatments. the fragrance is delightful and the quality amazing.

I source Vegan products wherever I possibly can and ALL my products are CRUELTY FREE.
